A unique blend of herbs and botanicals are carefully selected and obtained through the cold extraction process known as percolation. An assortment of ingredients are placed in the upper section of the still and alcohol flavoured with additional ingredients is pumped over and through it. This is repeated continuously until the Amaro is ready to be filtered and bottled.
