The vineyard is about 10 hectares. The local dialect for the grape name is actually Turbiana. This vintage comes in just under 13% alcohol. Fermented and aged for a short period in stainless steel with (since 2001) several months of lees stirring. It rests in bottle for 3 months before being released.
