This white Sangiovese is quite the rule-breaker. Made from red grapes whose skins have been removed as soon as possible so that just a touch of color is transferred to the wine. The results? A gorgeous rose-gold wine, and a fresh thirst-quenching palette. This small-production wine is produced on an organic and sustainable farm in Maremma Tuscany. The location close to the Tyrrhenian Sea whose salty breezes (“salmastro”) make for a tasty wine with distinctive herbaceous notes and vibrant acidity. Perfect for sipping near the beach (real or imagined) and serving with light seafoods and white meats. A perfect Spring/Summer refresher!
